In 1991 God’s Holy Spirit directed me to add color to my life and to document the history of my creations. I had absolutely no idea why. I just followed the lead of the Holy Spirit and continue to do so until now and forever. I was working at the time and I could have afforded to buy fabric by the yardage. But the Holy Spirit directed me to use scraps. God told me by means of the Holy Spirit that I was like a puzzle of a million pieces and just as I would take pieces and put them together in the same way He would put me together. So I went in search of scraps of fabric. I would buy clothing from Goodwill and Thrift Shops and cute them into scraps. Since 1993 I have collected thousands of pieces of fabric and continue to do so. I have made dozens of outfits with fabric scraps.

Each time I take scraps from my organized scraps and turn them into something beautiful and whole, I am reminded of how God has taken me, a shattered woman ripped into millions of pieces and made me a whole and complete woman.

Everything I have received is by faith in my personal relationship with Jehovah. For the past twenty-three years I have done everything that the Holy Spirit has told me to do to the best of my ability. The results or fruits of my faith can be seen in my life, in what I have and in what I do. |

1993-----------------------1993------------------2006
If I had not obeyed the Holy Spirit and did that which it told me to do I would not be able to share my experience beyond religion. As I followed the directions of the Holy Spirit I sometimes felt that I was conceited or vain. Religion taught me to not give undue attention to my outward appearance. When the Holy Spirit told me to put on the outfits I made and to document the experience I felt that I was not being religious, therefore I did not allow anyone to see what I was doing. I made dozens of outfits that I have never worn. The creating of this website is proof to me of my growth and freedom. Since 1991 I have stored away the pictures I taken of myself, afraid to show them to anyone and now in 2007 I have gone to computer classes and learned to create my own website and have the courage and freedom to "SHOW AND TELL" the whole wide world of my experience with my Creator! Jehovah God has indeed sat me free! Praise giving of thanks to Him because He is worthy!!!

This outfit is made from a denim shirt and skirt from Goodwill for a total of $9.00. I hand painted them with magic markers. The skirt is held together with safty pins. |

I particularly enjoy creating outfits from curtains. For one reason it does not take as long. Making outfits from small scraps can take years but with curtains I can make outfits in days and sometimes even hours. Also I can change the color of curtains, which I often do by tidying them. The following outfits are made from curtains.
I made the three outfits below but it is the belt that I would like to draw your attention to. Over 30 years ago I found this peice of metal on the street near a junkyard and painted it with finger nail polish and it is still ready to go.
No rich lady can do without her furs. I bought old fur coats from Goodwill and made the fur peices below.
I made the outfit below from a peice of fabric I paid forty cent for from the Goodwill and used scraps to embelish it.
The outfit below was made from three sweaters I bought for $3.00 each and two leather coat. The hate is made from the same leather.
